Peformance And Characteristics: 

This machine is replaced the manual blade or electric hot wire to cut the yarn in the bobbins.
It can cut the yarn in bobbins automatically and quickly. The machne is reasonable structure,
during the process, the bobbins is not damaged, which can operate very simple to put the bobbins yarn into the machine.
It is cut the yarn separate with the bobbins.

Individual switch function
1. set the running speed adjustment switch there is a governor outside the electric box. The governor can control the movement speed of the conveyor belt, and can be adjusted according to the requirements of waste yarn thickness, layer number, density and material.  
2. power of external air compressor of equipment 7.5kw and 10 air purifier (gas storage tank)
3. there are two photoelectric switches on the right side of the electric cabinet to detect whether there is any material on the conveyor belt. When the running switch is turned on, the fault indicating flashing will be displayed and the heat flow gun assembly will always be lifted and the conveyor belt will stop the transmission.  
4. there is an photoelectric switch at the edge of the guide rail in the outlet port. When the equipment is running normally, the number is detected, and the count is displayed in the upper left corner of the control panel.  
5.The equipment must be connected to the ground wire after the power supply.
6.Lubricating oil is added once every three days at the part of the moving guide rail slider of the equipment.  
7.Clean up the internal work before leaving work to ensure that the air cylinder is moving smoothly without waste yarn winding and lubricating oil is added to the slider guide rail the next day.  
8.The residual weft thickness of the yarn pipe is more efficient to operate separately, which regulates the control box governor knob can be used.
